Tonight's dinner was inspired by the gorgeous dukkah I bought today. Maria my co-worker is a relief teacher by day and owns a small goods business on the side. She sells all sorts of gorgeous olives, babaganush, tepenade etc. Go and visit her at the Britomart Farmers Market.
I went for a middle eastern/greek theme, which featured:
Lentil Koftas (Recipe here)
Dukkah - Maria uses 14 varieties of nuts and seeds mixed with delicious spices
Wholegrain Bread
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Greek Salad
Garlic Hummus - I was lazy and bought mine
It went down a treat on a Monday night! Mmmmm
