Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is now my new afternoon snack. I get so hungry when I get home and lovely creamy dream ties me over till dinner! 


Ingredients:

3-4 large strawberries 
1 large banana
1 cup of soy milk or any non-dairy milk 
1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste 
a handfull of ice cubes 

2 tablespoons of soy protein (optional)

Method:

Whizz all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

Makes enough for 1-2 people.
