At Amaze Kitchen, you will find a range of different cuisines. I am of Filipino descent and my cooking style has been influenced by my own and other cultures. In my recipes, you will find a range of cuisines from Asia, Europe and the Pacific.
Since October 2013, I decided to give up eating meat (yes, fish and chicken too). This was a decision based on my health at that time and now has become an ethical choice. I believe in eating a nourishing plant-based and whole-food diet that consists of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans and legumes. I am also a strong believer in the 80/20 lifestyle. It's all about eating clean, while also being able to have a few treats here and there.
Recipes on my blog are free from meat, dairy/animal products, refined sugars and include many gluten-free and raw vegan options.
