Cacao and Peanut Butter Smoothie


This is my favourite smoothie to make for my afternoon tea! I use cacao powder instead of cocoa as it has a plethora of health benefits, and I love the rich chocolatey flavour.

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter
1 cup of soy milk or any non-dairy milk (depending on desired thickness)
1 teaspoon of cacao powder
a hand full of ice cubes

Method:

Whizz all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
