My signature dressing! |
This salad dressing is Asian inspired and has nice zing from the garlic and lemon. It's my secret recipe that I use for all my salads and even grilled veggies!
Ingredients
1 whole garlic clove gently crushed
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of tamari or soy sauce
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar
Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Optional extras:
Spring onion
Red onion
Black Sesame
Method
1. Prepare dressing by peeling whole cloves of garlic, then using the flat side of a large knife gently crush the cloves. You still want them to be in whole pieces.
2. Add all other dressing ingredients with the garlic in a large salad bowl and mix together using a whisk or fork.
